At Boss Up, training is focused on development of personal style on a foundation of healthy alignment and posture.
Personal expression and creativity are encouraged, and the principles of Yoga are integral. Every class starts with a proper warm-up and ends with effective stretches to balance your workout.
As you build strength and form, instructors will guide you toward your goals. A consistent practice will inevitably result in attaining excellent posture habits, enhanced original style, better range of movement, and more physical power. It doesn't take long to acquire the skills and strength to create beautiful art with our dance partner, the pole. Yoga is an ideal practice to add to pole training, as it helps imprint correct alignment and build lean, flexible muscle. Yoga combination classes (PoYo/FloYo) give our bodies a well-rounded blend of opening and building the muscles as we refine our dance styles.
